I built The Conscious College because I looked fine on the outside and felt off on the inside.
I was smart, capable, and still anxious, overthinking, and unsure of myself. No one ever taught me how my mind worked, how to handle my emotions, or how to actually trust myself.
So I learned it on my own — and now I teach it.
My mission is to give college girls and women in their 20s the tools I wish I had sooner:
how to think clearly, regulate their emotions, build self-trust, and stop outsourcing their confidence to grades, bodies, boys, or approval.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about understanding yourself well enough to build a life that actually feels good.
